I am currently working as an SSB-UIP with the Vancouver School Board (VSB), bringing over four years of experience in elementary education, specializing in supporting students with autism and ADHD. I am skilled in behavior management, effective communication techniques, and sensory integration methods, ensuring each child’s unique needs are met. My approach emphasizes compassion, patience, and a strong commitment to helping children achieve their full potential. As a student enrolled in the DABA program at Douglas College, I am continually expanding my knowledge and skills in Applied Behavior Analysis. I am currently seeking after-school and weekend opportunities to further contribute to children’s growth and development.
